Introduction of Eight-head Automatic Spout Pouch Filling And Packing Machine
Shutting down and routine maintenance
1. Correct Shutdown Sequence:
First, stop the material supply and allow the equipment to process the remaining material and film.
Turn off the heating system and allow the equipment to continue running at low speed for a period of time while cooling to prevent the mold from deforming due to prolonged high temperatures.
Finally, turn off the main power and air supply.
2. Daily/Shift Cleaning:
Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of the equipment, including the mold, hopper, conveyor belt, etc.
Add the specified lubricating oil to components requiring lubrication (such as guide rails and bearings).
3. Regular Maintenance:
Weekly/Monthly Maintenance: Check the tightness of all transmission components (such as timing belts and chains), check and drain the air filter, and tighten the screws in critical areas.
Annual Maintenance: It is recommended that a comprehensive inspection, calibration, and replacement of vulnerable parts (such as seals, heating elements, and thermocouples) be performed by a professional technician.
Safety Precautions of Eight-head Automatic Spout Pouch Filling And Packing Machine
