Description
Introduction of Two-head Automatic Liquid Spout Pouch Filling and Capping Machine
This two-head automatic liquid spout pouch filling and capping machine for liquid and paste is an efficient and precise device for quantitative filling and sealing of liquids. Equipped with two synchronized filling heads, it can simultaneously fill twp bags, significantly improving production efficiency. The machine integrates automatic bag loading, positioning, quantitative filling, heat sealing, and capping functions, offering easy operation, stable performance, and strong adaptability.
This machine is widely used for packaging a variety of liquid and semi-fluid products, such as juices, beverages, sauces, dishwashing liquids, laundry detergents, lubricants, and pesticide emulsions. The stainless steel structure meets food hygiene standards and can be customized to meet customer requirements for filling capacity, bag shape, and production capacity,budget etc.
Machine Key Components of Two-head Automatic Liquid Spout Pouch Filling and Capping Machine
* Storage Hopper:
The primary container that holds the bulk product before it is precisely measured and dispensed.
* Control Panel:
The user interface for operators to manage and monitor all machine functions and settings.
* Bag Gripping & Manipulation Unit:
The mechanism (likely pneumatic clamps) that securely holds the open mouth of the bag in place under the nozzles during the filling process.
* Weighing Scale:
The core unit for accurately measuring the product weight (integrated within the structure below the hopper).
* Ribbon Code Printer:
An integrated printer that applies essential information like expiration dates, batch numbers, or barcodes onto the filled bags.
* Dual Nozzles:
The filling heads that dispense the pre-weighed product into open bags, allowing for simultaneous filling and increased speed.
* Output Feeding Conveyor:
The final conveyor belt that transports the finished, sealed, and coded bags away from the machine for further handling, boxing, or palletizing.
* Gear pump:
A gear pump is a rotary pump that transports or pressurizes liquids by relying on the change and movement of the working volume formed between the pump cylinder and meshing gears. It consists of two gears, a pump body, and front and rear covers forming two enclosed spaces. When the gears rotate, the volume of the space on the disengaged side increases, creating a vacuum that draws in liquid. Conversely, the volume of the space on the meshing side decreases, forcing the liquid into the pipeline. The suction and discharge chambers are separated by the meshing line of the two gears. The pressure at the discharge port of a gear pump depends entirely on the resistance at the pump outlet.
