Order requirements
1.four sets of granule packaging machines this time. two sets of granule packaging machines pack the seasoning, the bag size is 65mm for width,65mm for length, three side seal. Ask to pack 7 grams of seasoning.
2.Another two sets of granule packaging machines to another seasoning,the bag size is 80mm for width, 80mm for length, three side seal, ask to pack 13 grams of seasoning.
3.Production capacity: 30-50 bags per minute is workable.
4.Three different languages are required.
The solution
1.After evaluating the client’s requirements,we advise to use our 240mm vertical granule packaging machine, the machine can meet 30-50 bags per minute. The main function of this four packaging machine is almost same,just customize two bag formers with 130mm for width,to pack the plastic bag 65*65mm ; customize another two bag formers with 160mm for width,to pack the plastic bag 80*80mm.
2.We customized two different plastic film sizes to test the packaging machines at the same time. One plastic film is 130mm for width, one plastic film is 160mm for width,we took the videos and showed the test videos to our client,everything works well,we finished this whole order in two weeks.
3.Based on the requirements, we customize three languages: Chinese, English, Korean
