Order requirements
1.As a chemical fertilizer factory,we plan to improve the packaging solution based on the demand from the market.we wish to pack each bag 20 kgs of granule fertilizer to sell, the bag size can be 500mm*630mm,each packaging should be vacuum,back seal, the production capacity 5-10 bags per minute is acceptable.
2.The packaging accuracy for each bag should be good.
3.Each bag should printed date, Ribbon coding machine and finished products conveyor are necessary.
The solution
1.After evaluating the client’s requirements,we advise to use our 1030mm big volume vertical granule packaging machine with vacuum system, production capacity can meet 5-10 bags per minute.
2.To meet the packaging accuracy,we advise to use 2 heads electric scale which can measure maximum 25 kgs.
3.Ribbon coding machine and finished products conveyor with big size will be equipped.
4.The plastic film for test will be 1030mm for width,630mm for width,back seal.
5.Based on the whole packaging machine is big and tall, Z shape feeding elevator and working platform should be equipped.
