Order requirements

1.tea packaging machine is popular in Philippines, client wants the packaging machine to pack the tea about 2-6 grams for each bag, the bag size is not confirmed,ask for three side seal with paper tag, 30-60 bags per minute at least.

2.For test, Client wishes to have some filter paper film and threads and so on ,with the packaging machine when it is shipped out.

The solution

1.After evaluating the client’s requirements,we advise to use our inner flat tea bag granule packing machine with measuring cup, to measure the tea for each bag and keep the accuracy there. The measuring scope is from 1 to 10 grams,it can meet client’s requirement 2-6 grams per bag. The inner bag width is 45-80mm, inner bag length is 50-80mm, even though client is not sure about the exact bag size, he can design the bag size based on these scope. Meanwhile,this packing machine is workable for three side seal.

2.After we used filter paper film and tea to test the packing machine and recorded the process by video, everything works well, client confirmed everything and approved us to ship to him.
