Order requirements
we have two different sizes of zipper bags, almost eight different pre made zipper bags,we want to use them to pack cookies, snacks,we wish one
machine can pack and seal all automatically, meanwhile, we need nitrogen function during the packing process.our budget is limited, please give us best solution,we will visit your factory with samples and talk details.
The solution
1.On 25th, June,2026,two clients from Pakistan visited us with one box of samples.there are eight
different zipper bags with different snacks, even one product is a few cookies in zipper bag. after
evaluation,we think the economic solution is use our filling and sealing machine with conveyor for
most of snacks,because of the cookies are a little bigger size, we advise to use hand-throwing way
first to fill the cookies in the pre made zipper bags, then sealing by the machine automatically.
finally customers accept this solution and confirm the order with us.
2. nitrogen function will be equipped,we install a plastic tube to absorb the nitrogen, but client
should buy nitrogen generator by themselves.
3. English language and user manual and video are required.
4.We supply spare parts to our client.
5. We equip the conveyor,when workers weigh the products well ,put them on the conveyor,then
fall into the pre made zipper bags,the machine fill the nitrogen at the same time,next sealing the bag.
when workers want to pack the cookies, they should remove the conveyor first, then put the cookies
by manual, after that, sealing by the machine automatically.
6.Wooden cases will be used to pack these machines,finally we packed three wooden boxes.
