Order requirements

1.Client from Indonesia opened a new chemical fertilizer plant,the first product is carbamide granule , they need three granule packaging machines to pack the carbamide granule by bags with 1kg and 5kgs separately. Two bag sizes,one is 200mm*250mm for width and length,to pack 1kg carbamide granule ; one is 300mm*500mm for width and length,to pack 5 kgs carbamide granule. Ask for back seal for bags, the production capacity 25-50 bags per minute is workable.meanwhile, there are three holes on the top of the packaging bags.

2.Ask for all information are English language from the packaging machine,such as the letters on the touch screen panel, manual,operating system,etc.

3.Ask an engineer to provide door to door service and teach our technicians how to use and maintain these packaging machines.

The solution

1.After evaluating the client’s requirements,we advise to customize 620mm vertical granule packaging machine,the three machines can be same, but we advise to equip two extra different sizes of bag former, one bag former for width is 400mm, another bag former for width is 600mm. The bag former is easy to break, so that client can keep there for replacement.

2.Customize all information in English language for these three packaging machines.

3.We decide to use 3C plastic film to test the machines,one plastic film for width is 400mm, one plastic film for width is 600mm.

4.No problem to let our engineer provide door to door service, but client has to pay for all travel expense.
