The challenge
1.As a food factory,they should develop new products to meet the demand from market,the client from India decide to develop the chocolate paste as the new product to open new market.
2.Production capacity：required to pack the chocolate 25-35 bags per minute, each bag 10 gram.
3.Packaging bags : ask for bag width is 36mm, length is 150mm, “一” shape easy tear, notch on one side, four side seal for bags. client will prepare packing film for bulk production in their factory. packaging machine manufacturer should design the bag and use similar material of film to pack the chocolate paste for test.
4.During the packaging process, the chocolate will be easily dry and caky, required some devices to keep the chocolate in liquid state and not dry.
The solution
1.After evaluating the client’s requirements,we advise to use our 220mm vertical irregular shape packaging machine and air compressor.the machine can meet 25-45 bags per minute.
2.At last, client provided the chocolate as the material for test.based on the bag size, we decide to design and use the plastic film 96mm for width,150mm for length,accordingly,we know how to customize pouching die for this bag shape.
3.We decide to equip vertical storage tank with heating and stirring function,to keep the chocolate in liquid and not dry during the packaging process.
